AIICO Insurance Plc says it has paid over N200 billion as claims and benefits settlements over the past five years.

Mr Babatunde Fajemirokun, Managing Director/CEO of AIICO Insurance Plc, confirmed this in a statement made available to newsmen in Lagos on Wednesday.

According to him, the breakdown of the claims paid in the years under review reveals that in 2019, the insurer paid N30.6 billion as claims, N31.6 billion in year 2020 and N47.3 billion in year 2021. “This five-year profile is a testament of our commitment to delivering on our promises and maintaining the trust that our customers place in us.
