CHARGES DROPPED IN JESUS NAME

Was he arrested for 1st degree 'Helping out' or for Felony Fraud? I don't like insurance companies either but that doesn't mean you are allowed to rip them off. Sick person should buy their own Affordable Insurance, and in fact is required to.

Superintendent charged with using her son's insurance to help sick student, but she'll keep her jobAn Indiana school superintendent is accused of pretending a sick student was her son so she could get him treatment. She's been arrested and charged with fraud, but the school board says it stands behind her. This is how the system breaks good people. If only there were a lesson about healthcare access that we could glean from the rest of the developed world . . . I understand her compassion. As an educator, I have it too. The health care crisis is real. She might have been better paying for this child’s care out of pocket being that it was strep. I’m glad she didn’t lose her job. There are many more stupid things administrators can do.
